Ontology by construction through typed MCP tool contracts. Every tool declares its input/output schema with Zod. Agents don't remember state — they query structured, validated state through tools. No vector-store hallucination. No stale context windows.
PM tool as coordination substrate
Plane is the single source of truth for delegation. Human and AI tasks live in the same backlog, same sprint cycles, same approval gates. Bidirectional: humans delegate to agents, agents delegate to humans. No separate orchestration layer.
Skills as captured expertise
57 repeatable operating procedures across 8 personas. Skills are not prompts — they're structured workflows with preconditions, steps, validation, and domain context. Expertise compounds: each skill execution builds institutional knowledge.
Domain engines as first-class citizens
